I can successfully launch Minecraft, but after a random amount of time (less than 5 minutes), the video driver crashes with the message "Display driver stopped responding and has recovered". Disabling this setting, or updating the drivers may correct the issue. ![]() If the crash only occurs when opening a world, it may be caused by the VBOs video setting, when used with certain intel drivers. This issue has also been known to occur when conflicting with other software, such as custom Windows themes, game or screen recording software (regardless if running), and Evolve. Your best bet is to either upgrade to the latest, or if that caused it, downgrade to a version which does not cause these crashes. These crashes are caused by faulty display drivers which are provided by Intel or your OEM.
